Who knew that this gem was sitting at Collings Avenue and Browning Road in Collingswood all these years? This unbelievable house was built between 1825-1827. It was a residence up until the mid 1970s, when it was then sold to the Borough of Collingswood.This house is now registered as an historical site, and although many renovations have been completed to restore it to its original state, the house is still in need of much repair. The members of South Jersey Paranormal Research will be working with the Borough of Collingswood on several fund raising events to help preserve this beautiful site.

We obtained numerous EVP recordings in this amazing historical site! These are just a few examples of what we captured. Investigator Hirschmann captured the voice of a spirit in the Keeping Room, which sounds to be saying, 'You could stay in my room'. Listen Investigator Bove' captured the voice of possibly a young boy in the back parlor. You will hear Investigator Bove' talking about a paranormal experience that she had on a previous investigation. Listen carefully while she's speaking...you'll hear someone say the name, 'Robert'. Listen In the Keeping Room again, Investigator Bove' captured what sounds like a conversation between two spirits, a female and male. You will hear a woman saying, 'Here, say that you're sorry'. You will immediately hear a male answer, 'No'. Listen. Trainee Gordon obtained her very first evp on this investigation! Listen to a woman say, 'She's up here', while we recorded in the attic. It should also be noted that I had my recorder on at the same time and did NOT capture this voice! Listen Trainee Konrad also obtained her first evp this investigation! It was a VERY active house! This recording has been filtered to reduce noise and amplified at the point of the evp to be able to hear it better (it was a very low voice). Listen for this woman spirit at the end of the recording. She speaks very quickly and sounds as though she is saying, 'Anytime, I'll pay it back'. Listen
