Residents are the 5th generation to live in this home. One resident's grandfather had told him for years that there is a spirit named Mary who lives in the attic. Residents report little activity, and some who live there now and who've lived there in the past are skeptical of the stories Grandfather, who is now deceased, used to tell. However, they are not really sure whether or not they have spirits among them, since there have been a few strange happenings. We were asked to help verify if spirit activity is taking place.
Residents have reported having the washing machine lid found open, when they are certain it had been closed. This is the most common occurrence, and the wash room is located in the basement next to a room where Grandfather spent many hours at his work bench. The small children who live in the house seem to interact playfully with a presence not seen. Grandfather recently appeared to a family member in the hall and smiled as he peered into the bedroom as if to check up on his family.

| View the Video | Watch Although this spirit is difficult to see, the video tells a story. Aunt Jeanette, one of the family members, is a skeptic. She was along on the investigation because she grew up in the house and was curious. There is a small step stool just in front and to the left of her. A couple seconds into the video, she turns her head to look at the step stool. As she does this, you can see a very small orb of light traversing up the stool leg, onto the top, then off the stool to fly to the left of Aunt Jeanette to disappear once it flies behind her. She turns her head to follow its every move. In video that was cut, she then goes over to the stool and takes a seat. It appears from this video that she accepted the spirit's offer to sit down. | Listen "These are my fish" is what this recording sounds like, but not quite. I pondered this for a while, then it was suggested I play it backward. It is believed that sometimes spirits speak in reverse. When I reversed the recording, it says this - Listen. A female investigator was just about to join us.
