Case Studies - Private Residence-Haddon Twp, NJ - February 8, 2003

This was our second visit to this beautiful home in Haddon Township, NJ. We have become fast friends with the residents here and were privileged to again be able to investigate this unbelievably active house!  We did not think it possible, but it was more active on this trip!  Again, numerous apparitions were observed throughout the first floor.  What we found amazing this trip was that several investigators on separate teams audibly heard children on the second floor of the house and also managed to capture their voices on our recorders!  In all, 25 Class A EVP recordings were obtained on this investigation!  As in the first investigation, the residents' cats were instrumental in capturing some excellent activity!  Below are some of our findings.

Investigator C. Pennock captured these orbs in an area of the basement where the residents' children hear a man and woman have conversations.

Investigator Bove' took this picture showing an orb behind Investigator Zarycki's head at the same time she heard a woman whisper in her ear, "I am Mary."

Investigator Zarycki took this multiple orb photo showing 2 of the orbs in motion. Investigator Weber felt a male presence behind her when she turned and took this picture.
Investigator M. Pennock took this picture of an orb "fog" at the same time that Investigator Farley was capturing the activity on this video camera. Another impressive orb "fog," which was captured on both Investigator M. Pennock's camera and Investigator Farley's video camera.

Check out the moving orb on Investigator C. Pennock's neck, which was captured by Investigator Bove'.

Investigator C. Pennock obtained this very bright orb when she saw the movement of a shadowy figure.
EVP EVIDENCE

As stated above, we obtained 25 Class A EVP recordings during this investigation and we wish we could post them all!  Here are just a few...

During the course of the evening, several different teams noted some "lights" dance across the TV screen in the living room, even though the TV was not turned on.  According to the residents, this has never happened before and has not happened since our visit.  We were even able to capture this light show on two of our video cameras!

In this clip, a team was in the living room with one of the residents.  As the lights again danced across the screen, you will hear the voice of a small child saying, "Did you see it?"  You will then hear the resident say, "Oh my God," followed by the excited voice of the little girl asking again, "Did you see it?"  You will then hear Investigator Bove' make the suggestion to unplug the TV, which we did.  It was believed that perhaps something electrical was happening to the TV, but after reviewing the audio recordings, we believe this little girl was trying to get our attention!  Investigator Bove' felt really bad later, for having unplugged her light show!  This was recorded by Investigator Bove'.   Listen

Just seconds before Investigator Bove' recorded the excitement of the little girl in the above clip, she captured the same little girl saying the name, "Mary Keegan."   Listen

While on the second floor, investigators heard a little girl humming and later, heard what sounded like a little boy crying.  One investigator was talking, so in the beginning of the clip, you will hear Investigators Weber and Bove' shushing him, so they could hear the boy more clearly.  You will then hear the little boy sobbing.  This was captured by Investigator Weber.   Listen

In another EVP captured by Investigator Weber, you will hear her voice a note to herself (to accurately document the incident on her report later) that she smelled perfume.  She was alone on the Sun Porch when she smelled the perfume, but listen to this female voice ask, "Are you sure?"   Listen

While sitting in the resident's daughter's room, Investigator Weber recorded the voice of a woman.  Listen on the clip as Investigator Nogalo states that someone has just come into the room.  You will hear the woman reply, "I did."   Listen

Ok, last one we're going to post here!  The resident's daughter's room is particularly active.  While Investigator Bove' was sitting on the floor, near the door, she observed the hallway get very dark.  You will hear her in this clip stating that the hallway had become "pitch black."  Listen to the young girl saying, "I see now...near to the door."   Listen

You can also hear the last clip set to music by a local artist who was so impressed with the recording, he was inspired to add the EVP to a music track!   Click here to hear "Pitch Black."

VIDEO EVIDENCE

This unbelievable event was recorded in a home in Haddon Township, NJ!  As our videographer, Investigator Farley, films in the living room, you'll see energy rush into the frame from the left just before he says, "There ya go," indicating he had seen the energy.  A second later, a loud "bang" is heard, which makes Investigator Farley jump!  He pans to the left and a grandfather clock comes into view.  After inspecting the clock, it was found that the heavy weight inside the cabinet had fallen off the hook and crashed through the floor of the clock.  It should be noted that the hook was the type that is almost closed with just a small space in which to squeeze the eye of the weight.  The hook and weight were both intact.  The only way the weight could have come off the hook is if it was lifted off.  We should also note that in the very beginning of the clip, you'll hear a male voice say, "Oh," as if straining.  This was not an investigator.   Watch
