We were called by the residents of this warm and inviting home to investigate the many strange occurrences they have experienced for more than a decade, including frequent apparition sightings. The resident's 15 year old daughter is particularly sensitive to the spirits with whom they share their space.
We did not obtain many positive photos during our investigation, but we recorded numerous EVP and video clips. We offer some of our evidence here.

In
this clip recorded by Investigator Weber, you will hear her comment,
"It's real dark down there," referring to the hallway, which had
become pitch black. You will then hear a man saying, "He's in
the clinic," followed by a breathy evp. Listen
While
speaking with one of the residents about the apparitions seen in the
hallway, Investigator Bove' recorded this clear voice of a woman saying,
"He tripped me...probably". We're not actually certain
about the last word she speaks, so this is open to interpretation.
At the end of the clip, another female voice simply says,
"No." Listen
While
in the very active hallway, Investigator Weber was taking a picture and
you will hear her say "flash" in the clip. She is followed
by a male voice saying, "Who's there?" Note that there
were no men present during this investigation. Listen
