Case Studies - Voorhees, NJ - Undisclosed Business - February 17, 2007
SJPR was asked to investigate these business offices because of the strange activity experienced by the staff working within its walls. Faucets turn on by themselves, voices are heard emanating from empty rooms, and a washing machine in the basement seems to have a mind of its own! Also, different members of the staff, independent of each other, have seen a cloaked male figure hurrying through the halls. Needless to say, these experiences have been quite unnerving! Although we did not encounter the cloaked stranger on this night, we did manage to capture evidence of other spirit inhabitants, including a nasty female in the basement! We also had some Drexel University film students accompany us this night and we want to thank them for their professionalism and their contributions to the investigation!

bright orb in motion in a common area of the second floor offices.

Our guest investigator, "Maria," caught
this huge orb on the head of one of our film students!
Obviously, he wasn't paying attention!

It seems our guest investigator,
"Maria," pretty much stole the show where pictures were concerned!
While in the reception area with Investigator Bove' the team sensed
a woman spirit nearby. This bright orb, when magnified, shows
what looks like a woman's face with long, flowing hair!

Investigator Tornatore captured this spirit energy near Investigator Lewandowski, who seems to have gotten himself tangled up in some shelving in the basement! Hmm...this may be one for the No-no's page! |

investigator, "Maria," shows multiple orbs around Investigator
Bove'. At the same time, Investigator Bove' recorded the
voices of British women, which can be heard below. The red
light you see was installed by the film students to assist with
lighting for their documentary.

While in the basement, Investigator Orapello recorded this male whispering, "They entered." Listen
This is an exciting capture by Investigator Bove'! It appears she recorded a conversation between two women with unmistakable British accents! This was recorded at the same time the bottom left picture (above) was capture! You'll hear the first woman say, "I don't know," followed by another woman saying, "Oh, here you go. Put that on." The first woman then sings, "I have lovely legs," as though she is pleased with what she was wearing! The voices are clipped separately to be heard more clearly. I don't know Oh, here you go I have lovely legs
Investigator Halpin's team members were asking the spirits questions aloud when she recorded this EVP. In this clip, you will hear Investigator Orapello ask, "You used to live here?" What sounds like an elderly female answers him in a strong, clear voice stating, "You're not keen." Perhaps that was her way of telling the team they were on the wrong track! Listen
While Investigator Bove' and her team were engaging in general conversation in a second floor office, she recorded this female voice asking, "What do you think of them?" Listen
Sitting alone in one of the second floor offices, Investigator Orapello picked up this clear female voice saying, "I'm down in the office." Was she letting her unseen companion know she was down in the office with our investigator? Listen
Investigator Lewandowski was adjusting the settings on his video camera when he recorded this male voice asking, "What do you see right there?" Listen
While on the second floor, Investigator Lewandowski recorded this male voice stating, "It's twisted. Look, it's better." Although the building now serves as business offices, it was used as a doctor's office at one time, which may fit with this apparently residual voice. Listen
This female spirit was recorded by Investigator Halpin. She simply calls out, "Hello?" sounding as if she is checking to see if anyone was home. Listen

As Investigator Bove' was leaning against the "haunted" washing machine in the basement, she stated aloud that her legs felt cold. It was at that moment Investigator Thornton captured energy passing in front of her. Watch
