This night was pretty active and our members learned a very valuable lesson in the field of paranormal research - Be Careful What You Ask For!

We at SJPR adamantly  believe that you treat the living and the dead with the same respect that you expect yourself.  This is the very reason we DO NOT PROVOKE SPIRITS!  Would you go into someone's home and ask them to push you or perform ridiculous tricks?  Of course not.  Dealing with the dead should be no different.  This point is what separates the serious investigator from the thrill seeker. 

Ok, down off the soap box.  We captured some compelling evidence on this trip, including an incident that was the result of one of our trainees provoking the spirits.  Hopefully, lesson learned.

Even though our trainees were just starting out in this field, they managed to identify some pretty good EVP when reviewing their audio!  On this night, we had no less then a dozen recorders going! 

And although we have always found masons to be the utmost, gentlemanly mannered, there was at least one spirit who cursed in Investigator Bove's ear!  It's off to the Adults Only Section to hear it!

Top Floor

In this clip, you will hear Investigator Bove' ask the spirits aloud if they could talk to the team.  A male spirit loudly answers, "Yes."   Listen

The Main Floor

Investigator Bove' and her team were hanging out in a small office on the main floor.  The entire team felt there was a male spirit who didn't want anyone in the office, particularly the women.  It was during this imagery that Investigator Bove' recorded this male spirit sarcastically saying, "Hey, sorry."   Listen

Still feeling unwanted in the small office, Investigator Bove' recorded this male spirit saying, "Hey, get out!  Hey, out!"   No wonder the team was feeling unwelcome!   Listen

The Basement

While sitting quietly with her team in the basement, Investigator Hahn recorded this male voice reminding us all, "It's very cool light, remember."   Listen

Investigator Howgate captured this woman singing in the basement!   Listen

Investigator Bove' recorded this bossy male spirit in the basement.  He rudely demands, "Shut up!  Sit down like this fellow!"   Listen

Investigator Bove' was getting annoyed while in the basement because of someone pacing around on the floor above and making excessive noise.  You'll hear her in this clip say, "I want to know who's pacing around upstairs."  A deep-voiced male spirit then offers, "It's this one here."   Listen  

VIDEO EVIDENCE

Remember to always be careful in what you ask for during an investigation!  Be respectful, or you may just find yourself on your a$$.  This video shows a brand new ghost hunter who asked the spirits to "push him as hard as they could."  He was promptly toppled out of his chair.  Watch after he gets up, there is spirit energy that flies against the back wall, away from him and the chair.  Note that all of our investigators carry flashlights with red lens covers to ensure a flashlight beam cannot be mistaken for spirit energy.   Watch
