During the winter months, ghost hunting is pretty much confined to indoor investigations because of the inclement weather. On this night, however, we might as well have been outdoors! The temperature in this home was 7 degrees! The residents of this lovely home asked us to investigate the strange occurrences they were experiencing. Unfortunately, the house had suffered a fire and was under renovation during our investigation, leaving us without heat!
Between the warm reception we received from the homeowners and all the hot coffee they poured into us, we faired pretty well and were able to capture some astonishing evidence, including one of the best EVP we've ever heard!

The
residents and their surrounding neighbors have reported seeing a
young man on the deck of the home many times. Compelled to
venture outside in the snow, Investigator Kranz snapped this picture
when he sensed the presence of a young man.

This
is an astonishing EVP! Although recorded by Investigator Halpin, you
will hear Investigator Thornton talking in this clip, asking the spirits
aloud, "Can anyone here think they can record your voice? Can
you tell us your name?" In response, a male spirit says (almost
yells), "Mike Elliot." Ironically, the spirit's voice is
louder than the investigator! And interestingly enough, there were other recording devices
running during this time that did NOT pick up the
spirit's voice! Listen
During
general conversation in the family room, Investigator Bove' captured this
loud female spirit saying, "Here's Renee!" Listen
For some reason, we recorded many names in this house. The homeowner is conducting extensive research to see what names, if any, have a connection to the home's former residents. In this clip, recorded in the master bedroom, a male simply says, "Papa DeLorenta." Listen
